Rolls-Royce Wedding Car Hire Bromley - Prices & Local Wedding Guide

Wedding Car Prices, Planning Advice & Local Venue Knowledge

Wedding transport in Bromley is not simply about choosing a beautiful car. The ceremony, reception, waiting time, photographs, number of passengers and the way the day is planned all affect what you actually need.

This local guide combines clear Bromley wedding car prices with practical planning advice based on more than 15 years of wedding and event transport experience. Our aim is to help you choose the right amount of hire for your day rather than simply selling you more hours.

Bromley Wedding Car Hire Prices

These are our standard Bromley guide prices for the wedding cars and limousines most commonly used for weddings. They are designed around real wedding formats rather than a simple hourly calculation.

Wedding Hire Phantom / Ghost / Silver Cloud Dawn / Cullinan Baby Bentley Limo - 8 Seats Hummer H2 - 16 Seats
One-Way Wedding Hire £395 £595 £295 £450
3-Hour Church & Civil Wedding £550 £650 £450 £550
6-Hour Asian/Indian Wait & Return £595 £795 £495 £595
8-Hour Asian/Indian Full Day £650 £850 £595 £650
10-Hour Asian/Indian Extended Full Day £800 £1,000 £695 £800

One-way wedding hire is not a rushed transfer

Our one-way wedding hire allows sensible time for the occasion. We understand that a bride may need a few extra minutes before leaving, photographs may be taken with the car and the journey to the ceremony should feel relaxed. It is not treated like a one-hour prom booking.

Need a little longer for a church or civil wedding?

Some church and civil weddings include a photography stop, a longer journey between the ceremony and reception, or an additional collection. If three hours is not quite enough, ask us for a tailored quote. You do not necessarily need to move up to one of our Asian/Indian wedding packages, and modest additional time can usually be priced sensibly around the actual plan.

Which Wedding Hire Package Do I Need?

One-Way Wedding Hire

Best for a straightforward wedding arrival where you need the car to collect you and take you to the ceremony or wedding venue. We still allow appropriate wedding time for getting into the car, photographs and a relaxed arrival.

3-Hour Church & Civil Wedding Hire

This is the package we would normally recommend for a traditional church or civil wedding involving collection, the ceremony, chauffeur waiting and an onward journey to the reception. It is designed around the way these weddings actually run, rather than asking you to book half a day unnecessarily.

6-Hour Asian/Indian Wait & Return

Designed particularly for Asian and Indian weddings where the chauffeur may wait through a longer ceremony before completing a return or onward journey. The price is close to our 3-hour church package because much of the operational work is the same: vehicle preparation, chauffeur allocation, travelling to the collection, arriving early and committing the car to your wedding.

8-Hour Asian/Indian Full Day

Suitable for a longer wedding schedule involving several stages of the day, multiple locations, extended waiting or separate family movements.

10-Hour Asian/Indian Extended Full Day

For the most involved wedding schedules where the car and chauffeur are required across a substantial part of the day. If your itinerary is unusual, we can price the actual plan rather than forcing it into a package that does not fit.

Planning Wedding Transport in Bromley

Bromley weddings range from small civil ceremonies to church weddings with a separate reception and large Asian or Indian celebrations using several vehicles. The right transport plan depends far more on the sequence of the day than on the mileage alone.

Civil and register office weddings

Bromley Civic Centre at Churchill Court has a licensed ceremony room for up to 50 guests. There is no green space there for wedding photographs, so couples who want outdoor photographs may choose to take them elsewhere before travelling on to the reception. That can affect whether one-way hire is sufficient or a slightly longer bespoke booking makes more sense.

Church ceremony followed by a reception

A common Bromley plan is home collection, church ceremony, chauffeur waiting and then an onward journey to the reception. Our 3-hour package is built around this type of wedding. If you also want a dedicated photography stop, tell us when enquiring and we can allow for it without automatically turning the booking into a six-hour hire.

Asian and Indian weddings

Longer ceremonies, waiting time, separate bride and groom movements and multiple family vehicles can make Asian and Indian weddings very different operationally. This is why we offer dedicated 6-hour wait-and-return, 8-hour full-day and 10-hour extended full-day options rather than trying to price every wedding by the hour.

Wedding Venues We Know Around Bromley

Bromley has a wide mix of licensed venues, hotels, manor houses and reception venues. The following are particularly useful examples because the transport requirement can be quite different at each one.

Bromley Court Hotel

Bromley Court Hotel is a popular local wedding venue where the ceremony, photographs and reception can potentially take place at the same location. If everything is under one roof, your transport requirement may be mainly about making the arrival special rather than keeping a car for several hours.

The Manor at Bickley

The Manor at Bickley is set within extensive gardens and can accommodate both smaller and much larger celebrations. For a couple arriving from a church or another ceremony location, the onward journey and time for photographs should be considered when deciding how long to keep the wedding car.

Club Langley

Club Langley in Beckenham is one of Bromley's approved ceremony venues and is also well placed for weddings involving collections from Beckenham, West Wickham, Bromley and surrounding South London areas.

The Warren, Hayes

The Warren is a Grade II listed manor in Hayes with extensive grounds and several licensed wedding spaces. Its setting makes the arrival and photographs part of the experience, particularly when the couple is travelling there after a separate church or civil ceremony.

The Bull's Head, Chislehurst

The Bull's Head is a well-known Chislehurst wedding and reception venue with a private ballroom, cocktail bar, accommodation and a civil ceremony licence. It is also a realistic reception destination after a church ceremony elsewhere in Bromley or Chislehurst - exactly the type of journey where a 3-hour package or a modest bespoke extension can work well.

Other Bromley wedding venues

The borough also includes venues such as Bromley Old Town Hall, Chislehurst Golf Club, Kevington Hall and Oakley House. We do not expect couples to work out the transport package from the venue name alone; send us the actual ceremony and reception plan and we can advise what is appropriate.

Choosing the Right Wedding Car

Rolls-Royce Phantom & Ghost

Our Phantom and Ghost are the core modern Rolls-Royce wedding choices. Both offer a substantial rear passenger area, a formal chauffeur-driven appearance and the unmistakable Rolls-Royce arrival.

Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud

For couples who prefer a classic wedding look, the Silver Cloud gives the day a very different character while using the same Bromley guide pricing as the Phantom and Ghost.

Rolls-Royce Dawn & Cullinan

The Dawn is the glamorous open-top choice for suitable weather and summer weddings, while the Cullinan offers modern Rolls-Royce luxury with SUV presence. Both sit in our premium wedding price band.

Gen 2 Baby Bentley Limo - 8 Seats

Our newer-shape Gen 2 Chrysler limousine is particularly useful for bridesmaids, close family or a small wedding party who should travel together rather than arriving in several separate cars.

Hummer H2 Limousine - 16 Seats

The 16-seat Hummer works well where a larger bridal party or family group needs to move together. It can also be combined with a Rolls-Royce so the bride or couple has the principal wedding car while the wider party travels together.

One Wedding Car or Several?

Not every wedding needs a fleet. A single Rolls-Royce may be all that is required for the bride's arrival and the couple's onward journey. Other weddings need separate groom transport, bridesmaid transport or family vehicles.

Where several vehicles are involved, timing matters as much as appearance. We can help work out which passengers should travel together and whether a Baby Bentley Limo, Hummer or another suitable vehicle is more practical than booking several individual cars.

The Dawn and Cullinan are £595 one way, £650 for 3 hours, £795 for 6 hours, £850 for 8 hours and £1,000 for 10 hours.

Is three hours enough for a church wedding in Bromley?

For many church weddings, yes. Three hours is designed to cover collection, the ceremony, chauffeur waiting and the onward journey. If you want a separate photography stop or have a longer route to the reception, send us the itinerary and we can quote the additional time sensibly.

Why is six hours only a little more than three hours?

Wedding car pricing is not simply an hourly multiplication. Preparation, chauffeur allocation, travel to the collection, early arrival and committing the vehicle all apply whether the booking is three hours or six. The six-hour option is mainly designed for Asian/Indian wait-and-return weddings, not as an automatic upgrade for a church wedding.

Do you wait outside the church during the ceremony?

Yes, where waiting is part of the agreed booking. This is one of the reasons our 3-hour church wedding package is different from a simple one-way journey.

What if we want to stop for wedding photographs?

Tell us when you enquire. A photography stop can often be incorporated with a modest bespoke adjustment if the standard 3-hour church or civil package is not quite long enough.

How much is an 8-seat wedding limo in Bromley?

The Gen 2 Baby Bentley Limo is £295 one way, £450 for 3 hours, £495 for 6 hours, £595 for 8 hours and £695 for 10 hours.

How much is a 16-seat Hummer for a Bromley wedding?

The Hummer H2 Limousine is £450 one way, £550 for 3 hours, £595 for 6 hours, £650 for 8 hours and £800 for 10 hours.

Do you provide cars for Asian and Indian weddings in Bromley?

Yes. Our longer 6, 8 and 10-hour packages are designed around the waiting, multiple movements and longer schedules that are common in many Asian and Indian weddings.

Can you provide separate transport for the bride, groom and bridesmaids?

Yes. We can combine Rolls-Royce wedding cars with an 8-seat Baby Bentley Limo, 16-seat Hummer or other suitable family transport depending on the number of passengers and the day's schedule.

Can we view the wedding cars before booking?

Yes. Viewings are welcome, and genuine photographs of the actual vehicles can also be provided on request.

Which areas around Bromley do you cover?

We cover Bromley and surrounding areas including Beckenham, Bickley, Chislehurst, Orpington, Petts Wood, Hayes, West Wickham and nearby South East London and Kent locations.
