Why Do We Use a Mobile Number?

You may notice that our main contact number is a mobile rather than a traditional London landline. That's quite deliberate.

Modern business telephone systems often use internet-based numbers, call forwarding and virtual switchboards. A number that appears to be a London landline doesn't necessarily mean the person answering is sitting in a London office — the call could ultimately be diverted to a mobile anyway.

We prefer to keep things simple.

One memorable number. Direct communication. No unnecessary layers.

It also means you can call us, text us or continue a conversation on WhatsApp using the same number — particularly useful when sending journey details, photographs, venue information or last-minute updates.

For wedding and prom bookings, that direct communication can make a real difference. You aren't trying to explain your booking again every time you make contact; we can keep the conversation together and deal with questions quickly.
