Because standing around in race-day shoes while trying to eat isn't everybody's idea of luxury.
We bring the setup as part of the agreed Ascot package.
You bring your food, drinks and, most importantly, the people you want to enjoy the day with.
IMPORTANT – ASCOT PARKING
Customers are responsible for booking the appropriate vehicle parking space required for their Ascot visit.
This is particularly important when travelling by limousine, V-Class, minibus or another larger vehicle, as the correct parking arrangements need to be in place.
The parking space itself is not supplied or guaranteed by us.
Once you have the appropriate parking arranged, tell us what you've booked and we can plan the transport and picnic setup around it.
If you're unsure what vehicle you're likely to use, speak to us before making your parking arrangements so that we can tell you what type of transport you're considering.

The Hummer is ideal when a larger group wants to travel together rather than arriving in several separate cars.

8-SEAT LIMOUSINE
A great option for a smaller group wanting the limousine experience without needing the capacity of the Hummer.
Perfect for friends who want to arrive together, enjoy the journey and make something of the occasion.
MERCEDES V-CLASS
Not everybody wants a limousine.
For customers looking for something more understated, the Mercedes V-Class offers comfortable executive group travel while still keeping everyone together.
It can also be particularly useful when passengers are bringing picnic items, bags and other race-day essentials.
EXECUTIVE MINIBUS
For larger groups, a minibus can make considerably more sense than trying to organise several individual cars.
Everyone leaves together.
Everyone arrives together.
And, perhaps most importantly after a long day at Ascot, everyone has their return transport organised.
ROLLS-ROYCE VIP HIRE
For couples, smaller parties or guests who want something altogether more exclusive, we can also discuss chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce transport.
Phantom, Ghost and Cullinan options can make the journey to Royal Ascot every bit as special as the occasion itself.
For larger parties, a Rolls-Royce can also be combined with a V-Class, limousine or minibus.
