Rolls-Royce & Luxury Wedding Car Hire Price Guide for Sevenoaks

Fixed Sevenoaks wedding car prices • Rolls-Royce Phantom, Ghost, Cullinan, Dawn & Silver Cloud • Genuine local wedding experience • More than 15 years in wedding transport

Sevenoaks weddings have a character of their own.

After more than 15 years providing wedding cars across Kent, one of the things we notice around Sevenoaks is that couples still very often choose a traditional wedding journey.

The bride leaves home or a local hotel in the wedding car, travels to church, we wait through the ceremony and the newly married couple then continues to a country hotel, golf club, village venue or private estate for the reception.

Many of those reception venues are themselves licensed for civil ceremonies.

But that doesn't necessarily mean our couples are getting married there.

We regularly see the more traditional:

Bridal collection → church → chauffeur waits → photographs → reception

That distinction matters when choosing how long to book your wedding car.

A Rolls-Royce travelling five miles to a reception isn't necessarily a five-mile booking. If it first needs to take the bride to church, wait through the ceremony and then remain available for photographs and the onward journey, the car can be part of the wedding for several hours.

Equally, if everything really is happening at one venue, we don't believe in automatically selling you three hours of hire you don't need.

This guide explains our fixed Sevenoaks wedding prices and, more importantly, how we actually plan wedding transport around the area.

Sevenoaks Wedding Car Hire Prices

If your collection begins significantly outside the local area, there are additional journeys or your wedding requires something unusual, send us the complete itinerary and we will quote accordingly.

For prices and package guidance in other areas, see our Wedding Price Guides.

One-Way or Three Hours? Sevenoaks Is a Good Example of Why It Depends

One-way wedding hire doesn't mean rushing the bride from one postcode to another.

It is still a wedding booking.

We allow sensible time for leaving, photographs where appropriate, the journey itself, a relaxed arrival and photographs with the wedding car.

If your ceremony and reception are both taking place at the same venue, that can be all you need.

But from the Sevenoaks weddings we actually do, church ceremonies remain extremely popular.

That changes everything.

If we collect the bride, take her to church, wait through the ceremony and then take the newly married couple to their reception, our three-hour Church & Civil Wedding package will often make much more sense.

The important question isn't “How far is the venue?” It is “What does the wedding car actually need to do?”

Church Weddings Are Still a Big Part of Our Sevenoaks Work

Many of the venues around Sevenoaks can host the ceremony as well as the reception.

Even so, a large proportion of the weddings we provide cars for still begin at a church.

Home or hotel → church → chauffeur waits → reception

It is also one of the nicest ways to use a Rolls-Royce. The bride has her own arrival at church. The car remains part of the setting while the ceremony takes place. Afterwards, the couple gets their first journey together as newlyweds rather than simply walking from one part of the same venue to another.

St Mary's Kippington

St Mary's Kippington is one of the Sevenoaks churches that immediately comes to mind when we think about wedding cars.

The green setting feels a world away from arriving at a busy urban church, and there is space around the church for multiple wedding cars.

One particular wedding there has always stayed in our memory. While we were waiting with the cars, a fallow deer buck was wandering through the grounds.

You can't plan moments like that, and we certainly can't promise a deer will turn up for your wedding, but it says something about the surroundings.

A Rolls-Royce, a traditional church and that sort of green Kent setting make for a very different wedding arrival from one in the middle of London.

St Nicholas and St John the Baptist are other churches we regularly encounter around Sevenoaks.

As always, if your wedding begins at church, tell us the actual ceremony time rather than simply the time you would like the car to arrive. We can then work backwards and allow sensible time for the bride to leave without turning the journey into a rush.

Don't Add a Photography Journey Unless It Adds Something to the Wedding

This is something we feel quite strongly about after thousands of weddings.

Sevenoaks and the surrounding villages already have some exceptionally attractive reception venues. Golf courses, mature trees, lawns, old village buildings and country settings can provide exactly the photographs a couple wants without everybody getting back into the wedding car and driving somewhere else.

If your reception venue already gives you beautiful grounds, use them.

A separate photography stop can be worthwhile when there is somewhere genuinely special you want to visit. But don't add an hour of driving simply because somebody feels a wedding must include photographs in a park.

The wedding should determine the transport. The transport shouldn't take over the wedding.

The Darenth Wedding Car Hire

The Darenth is one of the Sevenoaks-area wedding venues we know particularly well.

Like Farleigh, it benefits enormously from being a golf-club setting. There is greenery around you, plenty of space and a particularly attractive approach with trees on both sides. On a bright summer wedding day, the drive towards the venue can become part of the arrival rather than simply the road you use to get there.

From a wedding-car point of view, it is straightforward. We can bring the cars directly towards the entrance and there is ample space for positioning and manoeuvring.

That applies not only to a Rolls-Royce but also to our longer wedding limousines. A 16-seat Hummer requires considerably more room than a Phantom or Ghost, and not every wedding venue makes life easy for a stretched vehicle. The Darenth gives us much more breathing room.

The grounds are also an excellent backdrop for photographs of the couple with the car. That is another reason we would think carefully before adding a separate photography journey to a wedding here. You already have the greenery and space around you.

In our own bookings at The Darenth, we have mainly encountered traditional church or civil wedding formats rather than the longer Asian and Indian wedding itineraries we regularly work elsewhere.

That doesn't mean the venue is limited to any particular type of wedding. It simply reflects the weddings we ourselves have provided cars for there.

Donnington Manor – A Wedding Journey We Know Well

Donnington Manor has a completely different feel. It is smaller, quaint and slightly tucked away, and we have always liked the setting.

One wedding pattern we regularly recognise here is:

Bride stays at Donnington Manor → wedding car collects her → church ceremony → chauffeur waits → newlyweds return to Donnington Manor for the reception

That is almost a perfect example of why looking only at mileage gives the wrong idea about wedding-car hire.

The bride may begin and finish at the same hotel, but between those two points the Rolls-Royce has played an important part in several hours of the wedding.

The hotel has ample parking towards the rear and the setting works well for photographs.

There is, however, a practical detail we know from actually taking cars there. The entrance into the parking area isn't huge.

Unlike arriving at a golf club with acres of manoeuvring space, there isn't really room for one large vehicle to be coming out comfortably while another large vehicle is trying to enter.

With several wedding cars – and particularly with stretched limousines – we approach it carefully and coordinate the vehicles rather than everybody trying to move at once.

A Rolls-Royce can also be positioned immediately outside the front of the hotel, which can make for a very nice bridal arrival.

These are small details, but on a wedding day they matter.

The Glasshouse at The Bull Hotel, Wrotham

The Glasshouse at The Bull Hotel is another venue with a completely different personality.

Couples don't simply choose it because they need a function room. The building itself is part of the appeal.

The old village architecture, dark timber and character of The Bull give smaller weddings an atmosphere that is difficult to reproduce in a modern purpose-built venue, while The Glasshouse provides the dedicated wedding setting behind it.

We've been there enough times to know that the wedding-car arrival needs a little thought.

The hotel sits directly on the road and the frontage has double yellow lines. We don't therefore plan on leaving a Rolls-Royce sitting outside the front for an extended period.

A brief arrival at the front can sometimes be possible depending on conditions, but the proper parking is towards the rear, behind the wooden gates which are normally open during operating hours.

It is another good example of why knowing a wedding venue means more than knowing its postcode.

You need to know what happens when the car actually gets there.

The Plough at Leigh – A Proper Village Wedding

The Plough at Leigh is one we nearly left off this guide, and that would have been a mistake.

It isn't a huge country hotel or grand wedding estate.

It is a proper old village pub – and that is exactly why local people like having weddings there.

We have been inside many times over the years and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from the setting: quaint, intimate and very much part of the village.

There is plenty of ground around the venue, which gives couples useful outdoor space and opportunities for photographs with the wedding car.

From a chauffeur's point of view, there is one detail worth knowing. The car park sits slightly on a slope.

That isn't particularly significant in a Rolls-Royce, but with a stretched limousine we take more care because of the additional length and lower clearance.

There is sufficient room on both sides once positioned, so larger wedding vehicles can be accommodated – it is simply a matter of approaching sensibly.

That is the sort of detail we would rather know before arriving with a 16-seat Hummer.

Other Sevenoaks Wedding Venues

After more than 15 years doing this, there are very few established wedding venues around Sevenoaks and the surrounding part of Kent that we haven't encountered at some point.

West Heath and Chafford Park are among the other names that regularly form part of the local wedding landscape.

But there is little value in turning this guide into a directory of every wedding venue within driving distance of Sevenoaks.

What matters to us is the journey.

Where is the bride starting? Is there a church first? Where can the car wait? Can a long limousine comfortably reach the entrance? Do you already have somewhere beautiful for photographs? And once we arrive at the reception, are you finished with the wedding car or will you need us again later?

Those answers are much more useful than a list of venue names.

Country Roads Change Wedding Timings

Sevenoaks weddings can look deceptively simple on a map.

The mileage may be modest, but a journey through villages and country roads is different from driving along a wide main road.

A large Rolls-Royce needs to be driven appropriately. A stretched limousine needs even more consideration.

And on a wedding day we aren't interested in shaving five minutes from a journey by rushing. We would rather build sensible time into the booking.

That becomes particularly important when the bride is leaving a hotel, travelling to church and then continuing to a reception in one of the surrounding villages.

Give the journey room to breathe.

Large Wedding Parties and Multiple Cars

Sevenoaks weddings don't always mean one bride and one Rolls-Royce.

We can combine a Phantom or Ghost for the bride with our Gen 2 Baby Bentley / Chrysler limousine for up to eight passengers or our white Hummer H2 for up to sixteen passengers.

That can work particularly well when bridesmaids and close family need to travel together.

But multiple wedding cars need coordination.

We work backwards from the ceremony time and decide which passengers should leave first, where each vehicle needs to wait and the order in which the cars should approach the church and reception.

At venues with tighter entrances, such as Donnington Manor, that becomes even more important.

There is no benefit in three beautiful wedding cars all trying to occupy the same piece of driveway.

Asian & Indian Wedding Car Hire in Sevenoaks

Not every Sevenoaks wedding follows the traditional three-hour church pattern.

For longer Asian and Indian weddings, we offer dedicated 6, 8 and 10-hour wedding hire, with the full fixed prices shown in the table above.

These bookings can involve longer ceremonies, chauffeur waiting, photography, outfit changes, onward journeys, a Bidaai or a later return.

But we don't automatically recommend a full-day package because of the type of wedding you are having.

Tell us what is actually happening.

If six hours covers the genuine transport requirement, there is no reason to sell you ten.

If the car really will be required throughout a long wedding day, we can plan for that properly from the beginning.

The itinerary determines the package.

Not Sure Which Rolls-Royce to Choose?

The purpose of this Sevenoaks guide is to help with local prices, timings and wedding-day planning rather than repeat descriptions of every car in our fleet.

If you are still deciding between a Phantom, Ghost, Cullinan, Dawn or a classic Silver Cloud, our Wedding Car Hire guide gives you the wider picture.

For your Sevenoaks wedding, we can then help narrow that choice down around the things that actually matter: the bride's dress, passenger numbers, church and reception locations, photographs and the style of arrival you want.

Choose the Car With Confidence

Wedding cars photograph beautifully. That's part of their appeal.

But a carefully chosen photograph on a website shouldn't be the only reason you commit to a particular car.

If you're close enough to visit us, you're welcome to arrange a viewing and see the vehicle for yourself. Open the doors. Sit in the rear. Look at the space available for the dress. See the interior and exterior at normal viewing distance rather than through a screen.

It can also help with a decision between two cars. A Phantom and Ghost can both look magnificent online, yet standing beside them – and actually sitting inside them – often makes the choice much easier.

If travelling to us isn't practical, ask us for current photographs of the actual vehicle being offered for your wedding.

For us, this isn't about turning a viewing into a sales appointment.

It's simply about removing uncertainty.

When the wedding morning arrives and the car turns into your road, it should be the car you were expecting.

Let Us Help You Plan Your Sevenoaks Wedding Transport

You don't need to work out the wedding-car timings before contacting us.

Send us the plan you have.

Tell us where the bride is getting ready, the ceremony time and location, approximately how long the ceremony will last, where you want photographs and where the reception is taking place.

We can work backwards from there.

After more than 15 years and thousands of weddings, we can usually see fairly quickly where extra time is sensible and where it isn't.

Sometimes our advice will mean booking more time.

Sometimes it will mean saving your money and keeping the wedding simpler.

Our aim is not to keep a Rolls-Royce sitting outside your reception for hours because you've paid for it.

It is to have the right car, in the right place, at the right time, and to make the journeys between the important parts of your wedding feel like part of the day rather than something you have to worry about.

Sevenoaks Wedding Car Hire FAQs

How much is a Rolls-Royce wedding car in Sevenoaks?

Our one-way Sevenoaks wedding price for a Rolls-Royce Phantom, Ghost or Silver Cloud is £395. Our normal 3-hour Church & Civil Wedding package is £550.

Is one-way wedding car hire enough for a Sevenoaks wedding?

It can be. If your ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue and you only need the bridal arrival, one-way wedding hire may be all you need. However, many of the Sevenoaks weddings we provide cars for involve a church ceremony followed by a separate reception venue. In that situation, three hours will often make considerably more sense.

What does the 3-hour Sevenoaks wedding package cover?

It is designed around the classic wedding pattern: Bridal collection → ceremony → chauffeur waits → newlyweds travel to reception. The exact journey varies according to your wedding, so send us the complete itinerary rather than trying to fit your plans around the package.

Do you provide wedding cars for The Darenth?

Yes. The Darenth is a venue we know particularly well. There is plenty of room for wedding cars and stretched limousines, direct access towards the entrance and attractive green surroundings for photographs.

Can a Hummer limousine go to The Darenth?

Yes. The space around The Darenth makes it considerably easier to position a long limousine than at many smaller wedding venues.

Do you provide wedding cars for Donnington Manor?

Yes. Donnington Manor is another Sevenoaks venue we regularly encounter, including weddings where the bride stays at the hotel, travels to church and then returns to Donnington for the reception.

Can the Rolls-Royce stop outside Donnington Manor?

Yes. A Rolls-Royce can be positioned immediately outside the front. The entrance towards the rear parking is tighter, so when several large wedding vehicles are involved we coordinate their movements rather than trying to bring them through together.

Do you provide wedding cars for The Glasshouse at The Bull Hotel?

Yes. We know The Bull and The Glasshouse from providing wedding transport there. Because the hotel fronts directly onto the road, we don't plan on leaving the wedding car outside the front for a prolonged period. The main parking is towards the rear through the wooden gates.

Do you provide wedding cars for The Plough at Leigh?

Yes. The Plough is a traditional village setting we know well. There is plenty of space around the venue, although the car park has a slight slope which means we take additional care when positioning stretched limousines.

Do you provide wedding cars for St Mary's Kippington?

Yes. St Mary's is one of the Sevenoaks churches we remember particularly well because of its green surroundings and space for multiple wedding cars. On one wedding we even had a fallow deer buck wandering through the grounds while we were waiting.

Can the wedding car wait during our church ceremony?

Yes. Our Church & Civil and longer wedding packages allow for chauffeur waiting where required. We plan the onward journey around your approximate ceremony finishing time rather than expecting you to rush out of the church because a clock is ticking.

Should we go somewhere separate for wedding photographs?

Only if the location genuinely adds something to your wedding. Many Sevenoaks reception venues already have attractive grounds, lawns, trees or traditional buildings which make excellent photography settings. If your reception venue already gives you the backdrop you want, adding another journey may simply consume time.

How much is the 8-seat wedding limousine in Sevenoaks?

Our Gen 2 Baby Bentley / Chrysler 8-seat limousine is £295 one way, £450 for 3 hours, £495 for 6 hours, £595 for 8 hours and £695 for 10 hours.

How much is the 16-seat Hummer wedding limo in Sevenoaks?

Our white Hummer H2 16-seat limousine is £450 one way, £550 for 3 hours, £595 for 6 hours, £650 for 8 hours and £800 for 10 hours.

How much is a Rolls-Royce for an Asian or Indian wedding in Sevenoaks?

For a Phantom, Ghost or Silver Cloud, our longer wedding packages are £595 for six hours, £650 for eight hours and £800 for ten hours. For the Dawn or Cullinan, they are £795 for six hours, £1,000 for eight hours and £1,300 for ten hours. We recommend sending us the complete itinerary so we can advise which hire period actually suits the wedding.

Can you provide several wedding cars?

Yes. We can coordinate a principal Rolls-Royce with our larger-capacity wedding limousines for bridesmaids, family and other members of the wedding party.

Do you provide female chauffeurs?

A female chauffeur can be requested where genuinely available. If this is important for cultural, religious or personal reasons, tell us when enquiring so we can check availability for your date.

Can we see the actual wedding car before booking?

Yes. You are welcome to arrange a viewing, or if that isn't convenient, ask us for current photographs of the actual vehicle being offered. We think choosing a wedding car should involve more than relying on the best photograph of it online.

How far in advance should we book a Sevenoaks wedding car?

Popular Saturdays and peak wedding-season dates can book well in advance. If you have a particular Rolls-Royce, colour or combination of vehicles in mind, we recommend securing the cars once your ceremony and main wedding timings are confirmed.

Can you help us work out how many hours to book?

Absolutely. Send us your collection point, ceremony, photography plans and reception venue. We will look at the wedding as a complete journey and advise whether one-way, three-hour or longer hire makes the most sense.
